These Terms of Service govern your use of Vaulty, a private subscription video platform. By creating an account, subscribing, or using Vaulty, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Service

Vaulty provides access to digital video content through user accounts and subscription-based access. You agree to use the service lawfully and not misuse, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Vaulty subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscription access may begin after successful payment confirmation. Billing, cancellation, and payment issues may be handled through Stripe-supported flows.

4. Content Access

Content availability may change over time. Vaulty may add, remove, update, or restrict content based on platform needs, licensing, creator decisions, technical limitations, or policy requirements.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt to bypass payment, download protected streams without permission, share unauthorized access, attack the service, exploit security issues, or use Vaulty for illegal activity.

6. Intellectual Property

Vaulty branding, platform design, software, and original content are protected by intellectual property rights. Users do not receive ownership rights in platform content by subscribing.

7. Termination

Vaulty may suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms, misuse the service, or create security, legal, or operational risks.

8. Disclaimers

Vaulty is provided on an as-available basis. We work to provide reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaulty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the service.
